Does a lower profile tow better? NOT a mileage Question

Not concerned about Mileage. I'm looking for a new to me Travel trailer (2010 or newer). I plan to use my 2014 F150 as a TV. It's specs are 1400# payload, CC, 4wd, EB 3.5, integrated brakes and 6...

My present trailer is a bit taller, and wider than my old one. It does pull a bit harder. It is also 4' longer and I assume heavier, bit it does have "lite" in the name. I'm convinced it is the added width that makes it drag harder.
