I’ve towed a v-nose, a flat sloped front, and a rounded front camper, all with the same truck. The v-nose was the lowest, the other two about the same height. All had flatsides and a flat rear. I can’t say that one towed better than the others except when I changed from a basic WDH to an Andersen hitch. Truck and trailer work more as one now, especially when being passed by semis.
As others have said, setting up your rig properly is most likely the most important key to a “better” tow.
