Does a lower profile tow better? NOT a mileage Question

Not concerned about Mileage. I'm looking for a new to me Travel trailer (2010 or newer). I plan to use my 2014 F150 as a TV. It's specs are 1400# payload, CC, 4wd, EB 3.5, integrated brakes and 6...

Yes.....it will tow better, handle the wind better, and yes...you will get a touch better gas mileage (not by much). My Airstream is night and day difference from the box / higher profile RV's i have towed in the past. You can't argue with Physics....
