Good gosh, no. It will be totally fine, even with 3.73s.
Agree on getting the deeper ratios though if primarily towing or in the mountains or altitude.
Have had a couple of the older 6.2 F250s. Both with 3.73s and pulling a grade even at low altitude with considerably less than a 10klb travel trailer resulted in more 2nd gear pulls than I would have liked. Pretty sure the deeper gears will keep it in 4th and 3rd longer.
