Does the Color of an HD Pickup Make a Difference?

I know the GMC dealer was glad to get rid of a brown truck I bought. They called it (stay around brown). I actually liked the brown metallic paint and had no trouble with resell.

I will not purchase a red or black truck. If I order it in I order white. To hot for dark colors where I live.
