- 69_AvionExplorerI like the way the wood dowels hold the carpet in place.

Velco is always a short term fix and my mod has the dowels stapled with a staple gun through the carpet. Indoor outdoor carpet is very inexpensive. Works great for Bailey!! That's the only thing that is important. It's a dogs life!! - kerry4951ExplorerIf you dont want to mess around with carpet, Torklift sells the SafeStep option just for this purpose.
http://www.torklift.com/products/safestep.php - exhaustipatedExplorerThat's a great idea and a professionally done mod. I'll bet Bailey doesn't have any problems now getting in or out of the camper.

Nice mod. Do you leave it on? My guess is yes.
Yes I leave it on and it is ready to go at the next stop. - tandkjExplorerShow the Goldie!!
- ComeoutswinginExplorerThat's a good idea. We have built in steps in our camper but we had to cover all the grip holes with traction tape because our female lab was getting her toenails caught in them and ripped off... (ouch)
- SpknTCExplorerGood Job!!
