Dome light problem

Ok so this morning I started swapping out my lights to LED and one of my fixtures now doesnt work. At first I thought it was a problem with the LEDs but when I put the old bulbs back in they wont work either. I checked the fuses and all checked out fine.......Any ideas of how to get it working again? Thanks.

Here is a picture of the type of dome lights I have, the bulbs are 921's:

    LEDs are polarity sensitive .
Check that the fixture wiring is not reversed-the old bulbs don't care but the LEDs do

I did turn them both ways and neither worked, even the original bulbs now wont work either.....

You did check the switch on the actual light itself, right? Not trying to be a smarta$$, but easily missed.
Haha I did check that....after I switched the bulbs several times!
  • Turn the led lights the other way..
My lights from eBay have to be in a certain way.

  • If the fixture is last in line and no power to it, check the next one back for a dropped wire that supplies either ground or power to the dead fixture.
  • while true a voltmeter would be handy you have already popped in a few different bulbs and it doesn't work.

Without a meter I would pull the light down and inspect the wiring to the fixture to make sure nothing is loose. Maybe also check your bulbs in a working fixture to make sure that they still work.

  • I guess I need to go pick up a volt meter to see if I am still getting power there (any suggestions?). Its one of three light fixtures on the main switch and the other two work so Im at a loss.

Oh and I fixed the picture too.
  • No picture visible.

try voltmeter in sockets if no power then Take the fixture down.
Undo fixture from wiring and use a volt meter on the wires.
    If you have voltage;
then make sure connection was good.
Retry Volt meter in socket. No power replace socket.

If you have no power at wiring then check fuse.
