Dometic Reefer Madness

I found this this morning after not being present for the past 12 days.....

Seems that what I have complained about in the past has actually happened.
The reefer is TOO COLD. Empty or full...doesn't matter. Seems to be mostly the middle shelf.

Explosion!

Did the beer survive? A little mouth to mouth might be the answer.

Whilst cleaning the fridge....I found this plastic clip attached to the far right fin.

Looks like it should be holding the temperature probe which has always just been dangling down past the middle shelf.
So I have placed the probe in the clip, which makes COMPLETE sense to me, and restored the contents.
We'll see tomorrow.
