Dometic refrigerator

Need some help with a Dometic refer.......
My son in law & daughter bought a used travel trailer on Saturday. The freezer is ice cold, but refrigerator part is not.

Have not had time to check it on propane yet, right now just on electric.

Any ideas what it could be?
