Okay, you bought the 3rd tranny(2nd replacement) from a shop in Tennessee, and it was supposed to be a warranted unit from Dodge Powertrain. Then you had a local shop install the transmission from Tennessee.
When it went bad why didn't you go through the shop that installed it? Perhaps the shop that installed it was not an authorized Dodge shop, and that is why Dodge Powertrain won't honor the warranty. And it has nothing to do with the fact that it was installed in Canada, but everything to do with the fact that it wasn't installed by an authorized shop?
Sometimes the deal that looks the best turns out to be not the best.
