Some years ago, I had a flat repaired at a local shop. During the 2-mile drive home, the vehicle was handling funny. I immediately pulled over to inspect and found the mechanic never tightened the lug nuts! Needless to say, I was fuming! Fortunately, there wasn't a bad outcome resulting in damage, or injuries.
