The rods appear to be just regular simple household curtain rods - Walmart or other. The ones I'm thinking would do are on a very small bracket, maybe 1/2" or so from the wall. The rods themselves are likely less than 1/2" size. You should not have any trouble with clearance for your screen door, but before you drill holes in the door, strongly suggest you find something you can temporarily stick on the door to confirm. While I like the Velcro idea, I would not care for putting it off and on as a regular thing. The curtain shown would be easy to just slide back and have the light, then slide closed. If you're a sewing person, this is a 30 minute job, max. If you need to find a friend to make them they would only need basic sewing skills.
