I can't seem to get the photos up you guys.

Some explaination; The drawer guides that have a floor were supported with a shim glued in place. These drawers are the ones under the fridge, under the oven, and the one under the dinette. You shim them so that you only glue the bottom of the block of wood to the camper floor or bottom. This way the guide this has the side to side movement the drawer needs to operate smoothly. If you pull a drawer you will see that all the guides have this side to side play in the plastic holder to the rear and that is to accommodate how the drawer is moving as you push or pull the drawer.

Now; the reason they bind while trying to get them unlocked is due to the level of the back of the drawer guide falling down out of square to the cabinet face. This causes a bind when trying to lift straight up first to unlock it as the drawer front is not on the same plane or not flat to the cabinet front.

These drawer guides have a piece of plastic holding the rear in place but still allow the side to side movement mentioned above. Problem one is they can break and the other problem is I have found improper mounting height from the factory. Imagine that!

To stop the plastic from breaking and taking too much of the drawer weight, is to carefully place a zip strip around each one of the plastic holders. This puts the stress on the zip strip rather that the brittle plastic holder. You only need the zip strips around the ones that don't have a camper floor under them and cannot shim or support them any other way.

I had to adjust quite a few guides to get mine to where they unlock easily. It's a good system once they are adjusted properly because they have never flown open while underway. Unless, of course I forget to check if they are all locked in place/ closed fully before heading out.

I'd measure and see if it is square. If it has an adjustable catch, try adjusting it, but mark where it is first.
