Are you able to unload your camper at the rear of your campsite and still back your trailered boat in front of that and still be within the length confines of your campsite at most places? or do you have to park the boat in the grass?
It goes both ways. It is rare to have a site that long. Especially the pontoon boat and in WV!!! If we put the camper at the rear of the site (meaning we have had to unhook the trailer anyway), we can back the boat in front so that the charging the battery is easier. - boat and power in the same area. That makes the truck go to the side. If it doesn't fit that way...truck in front of camper and boat to the side. We just fit it however it works! If we leave the camper on the truck, we always unhook and give the door a little room because I am incredibly clumsy and would fall every time I went in and out if I had to dodge the trailer.
If I make reservations on-line, I pay attention to the site length as well as try to check it out on Google Earth. Or call and ask the nice park people how it would fit. Also a good time to ask how they are about trailers on the grass.
