DRW Stability
Been reading the SRW vs DRW threads... I have never towed with a DRW and I'm curious what everyone means by "stability". Can you describe what you're experiencing that feels more stable. To say ...

Go buy you a Goodyear and Michelin and check out the difference in the unmounted sidewall stiffness. Now get them mounted and add air and see how much difference there is.
Yes my car has run flats. They actually have a tire inside the tire.
You don't think that statement is a bit broad?
But since you requested, the Michelin Pilot Sport Cups on my Z06 has less sidewall stiffness than the OEM Goodyear F1 Supercar Runflats.
At the exact same psi (30psi front, 28psi rear) guess which tire has better turn-in response? Goodyear. Even though the R-compound Cup tires has much better ultimate grip (I can pull 1.3g on slightly banked corners)
By your statement I can go buy some granny touring tires with flexible sidewalls, slap them on the Vette, pump them to 30psi, and get the exact same steering response.
