DRW Stability

This is an interesting thread as I am currently also trying to figure out whether to buy a DRW or SRW. I will be retiring in a few years and this is my final truck. I will be using a small self contained cab over when its just me and either a 28-30 ft fifth or TT when it's the wife and Grand kids
I will say I did an unscientific test this August. While moving my son from Nor Cal to Colorado to finish college as we drove across Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and then into CO we passed ALOT of folks towing 5th wheels, and most of them very large units. I would say 80%+ were using newer SRW pickups.
It really surprised me. I am flyfishing this week and staying at a private fish camp. I don't know if a dually would have made it down the road through some of the trees. That's the kind of stuff I worry about
I don't worry about parking. I have a 2003 Forrester with 160K miles that the kids used through high school and college and now is back to me again. I still park at the far end of the lot. I tell my wife I don't want door dings. If you saw this thing, you would get the joke
