You may be able to make the numbers work in a SRW, if you are careful.
But limits are so limiting. You will have a beautiful 5ver, but be limited in how you can use it. Always concious of having too much weight is no fun.
A lot of times my dually would be considered overkill by many here.. But then there are the trips where I really need to bring it all. 1600# of quads, 400# for the quad rack, 12 full 6 gallon water jugs, 6 full 5 gallon water jugs, 45 gallons of gas, and 2 Hondas EU2000s, along with an assortment of other stuff that finishes filling the bed.
It is really nice to camp the way you want to when you want to.
That is what a dually can do for you.
It is your money and your choice.
