Yep, get a marine 2 battery switch. Should have a wiring diagram in the package.
Allows you to run on 1, 2 or both or disconnect both.

This assumes 2 - 12V batteries.
If you are going 2 - 6v batteries, you want a simple on-off switch to disconnect the whole bank from the 12v system or you may wind up feeding 6v to the RV 12v system. You could put a disconnect between the 6v batteries but it's not typically done and you would have to be careful not to accidentally feed 6v to the RV 12v system.
