Just remember going up to a 33-35" tire is going to reduce the gearing. If you have 3.73's now you'll have 3.42's if you jump from 265 to 315. You will then in effect reduce your tow rating. Not that big of a deal since you have a 3500 but you'll lose power none the less. IMO 285 would be the max to go to for maintaining performance.
Got a Mini Max with some serious tuning; I'm guessing 150+ extra HP/300+ extra TQ will more than make up for any gearing issues. Lots of folks on the CF run 35 and 37 MT's and swear they have no towing issues with 3.73 gearing. The main issue with going that small is clearance; I'm running a LB quad without offroad bumpers yet and it's a pig when the trail gets bumpy/rutted; lots of low hanging fruit back there. I plan on installing a Carli Pintop with bags at some point, which will level, and give some nice clearance. A bigger tire would be well suited but I can't sacrifice stability or safety for a look.
