Not thrilled about Treadwright; would be a good option for a Jeep, commuting or dedicated trail rig, but I'm not putting my family's life on the line to save money, especially with 6 tons of toy hauler on the back. Tires are one area I do not cheap out on; cheap tires cost me nearly $4,000 in RV repairs after two blowouts.
Still looking at the ST Maxx, mainly due to 3 ply sidewall. BFG AT KO also has a 3 ply, but always seem to get cut down on the trails. Several 2 ply sidewalls are highly recommended, including the Cooper and Toyo AT.
