My F450 is a good 2-3" wider than my F350 was. The clearance was tight on the F350 and nonexistent on the new truck, so I had to move the jacks out a few inches.
This is how I did it:

The mounting flanges of the jacks and swing-out brackets are sandwiched between two 3" wide flat steel plates. The distance between bolt centers is about 1-3/4".

If you ever unload your camper on uneven ground, you might find you need more than 1/2" of clearance.

This is the thing, as in your pictures it shows your jacks mounted right at the outside corner of your camper but on the NL they set in about 3". So with the swing outs I only gain about 1" per side. So the 98" becomes basically 100" on the outside. Then on top of this the jacks actually slope in so it is even narrower at the bottom of the jacks.
Here is what I'm dealing with:

The bolts are in place and can not be changed out and there is no way to add and additional piece to extend the jack out. If after looking at the pictures if you can think of a way I'm all ears. Most of the time I can figure how to do things but this one kind of has me stumped.
About the only way I can come up with is to unbolt the jack extender and add a "C" channel of about 2" and then drill and bolt it to the mount and to the jack extender.
