Duct cleaning, any ideas?

Have a 26' Forest Riv, with 2, approx. 4"x10" registers in the floor for heat. Is there any simple way to clean the ductwork between the registers? Ideas appreciated.

  • Just be careful......

A lot of rv furnace duct work in trailers is just flexible spiral wound plastic or reinforced aluminum foil type material.
Similar to a dryer vent duct.
Held in place with spring clips.

    Easily torn or dislodged.

  • Feed a plumber's snake to the next register, tie a good size rag on the end and pull it back. Repeat as required.

  • Take the vents off run a piece of mechanics wire roll a towel up and pull it from one vent to another till it is clean
