No all units have that capability like my Dometic 13.5K unit doesn't have that ability. I think it's some of the Coleman units that had that "Max cool" (I think that's what it might be called) ability.
I added two extra ceiling registers right at the intersection of the outlet plenum and each fore/aft ceiling duct so that I could get a Rube Goldberg type of the "Max Cool" ability and that really helps cool down the main area of the trailer on hotter days.
