You're only young once! I would encourage him to go ahead and do it. I remember being young and really enjoying the loud sounds of vehicles. I had a 94 K1500 chevy that I put a single in/dual out flowmaster on. It sounded awesome. I would drive with the windows down just to hear my truck. Now I drive a duramax and am going to leave it stock. I have enough hearing loss from those days!!!
