My little brother is the same way and he is 40. He dirves a little Mazda 3 Speed that is noiser inside then standing at my pipe on my 2000 GMC. For me I like my trucks quiet. So I would leave it stock, and then suggest getting a Harley they are suppose to be loud. Trucks quiet, Bikes loud and all is good.
