I have noticed that in some states some of the rest areas on the interstate will have dump stations. Is there some place where you can find a list of rest stops that have them? Also any truck stops ...

+1 on public works.. I have one less than 1/4 mile from my house, if I happen to be home during standard working hours.
I also found a hole covered by a hinged metal flap on my property.. Looks suspiciously like a sewage drain. I wonder how to test it before I use it?
