Our range oven is the best large bread box money can buy when it's not baking anything! Dark, handy, low and out of rising heat summer heat or winter furnace blowing heat which causes baked items to mold fast, easy to use and reach, and not only holds/stores bread, but all baked goods plus cookies carried and whatever else you want to put in it. Leaves a lot more room in the RV cupboards. This also leaves the MW empty and ready for other item storage. A double win and free because it's already there! Just need to use that lump on the top of your neck to create good ideas.
