Kind of hard to bake a pizza, bread and many other bake able items without a oven. Convection micros have a lot of limitations since they are limited to about 1,500W or around 5,000 BTU of heat..
Propane oven is at least double the BTUs if not a bit more..
For the very tiny amount of space that a microwave or oven takes up you are not "gaining" any real storage space..
