Overall Layout:
The sink at the back to me is just taking up valuable space, honestly I would like to shorten the settee/bunk next to the entry door and move the head and shower to that side, remove the sink from the back and in that place install s bed.
I have already started tearing out the paneling and dinette up front in the process of stripping this thing. The roof leaks and there is some water damage so my idea is a total strip of the interior. Fix the leaks and repair the damage.
Much of the furniture, walls etc near the floor are shot from the water damage (presswood is what I call it just crumbles) I plan to rebuild all of this and not quite sure the best way to go. Thinking of re-installing presswood and putting a laminate over it.
There we have it, quite a mess and ambitious plan.
