Yes Ford still uses the Cummins in real trucks. They also offer the V10 in the same trucks.
Who's they and what repairs are made to the Cummins that can't be made to the GM or Ford? Are the GM and Ford ineligible for boring out when cylinder walls get galled? Unless I've missed something all these years, the Ram CPL Cummins isn't a sleeved engine.
