I would consider the advice of the guys that say you are hydrolocked. I've seen it on a 7.3 Ford.
If you can drain the coolant from the affected cylinder your truck will probably start. I'm sure if your problem is the head gasket(s), everything else that you mentioned in the OP is collateral, and will be fixed by the replacement of the head gaskets.
