Change your coolant every 5 years or 100,000 or sooner. It is not Dex Cool that caused a blown head gasket.

Put Dex back in, if you don't get it all out you run the risk of the coolant gelling up. The Dex in your truck does not affect it like the earlier cars from 96 to 04.

I would say the injectors depend on your level of OCD. If you can wait for them to fail wait. If you lose sleep over it change them out now.
