Complete set of stainless pre-bent brake and fuel lines was over $900. Suburban has 2 gas tanks, 2 fuel pumps, and a whole bunch of plumbing that connects it all. If you're gonna drop the tanks, wouldn't YOU replace the pumps too? Each was about $200. Set of shocks was $200, fuel injection cleaning was $130. Replaced the rear diff cover, which was only $15 for a Dorman, but 3 qts of the GM fluid with special additive was $85, so there's another $100. So with just these things the bill for parts is $1730. Add in misc supplies like rust treatment and chassis paint, overload bumpers for the back springs, etc. Oh, and $100 for the GM torsion bar removal tool since the fuel lines get routed up behind the torsion bar cross member, and you're right about at $2K in parts and supplies. No 26" wheels, they are 16x8.
