While they may be in violation, a class action lawsuit is just that.
We each can sue anybody at any time for anything if we want to. I would hope that after the ignition switch fiasco GM wouldn't try anything so stupid but who knows.
Not only is Bosch the common denominator, their stuff is also the cause of most customer driveline issues with all makes of newer diesels. FCA is getting hammered on warranty costs on the 3.0 1500s and Grand Cherokees because of emission system failures on Bosch components. Some of them are on the way home after initial purchase.
I'm so happy I don't have to deal with the nonsense anymore.
