Of course, far be it from me to tell the OP a Duramax was a bad decision and the only good decision is a Cummins ;) :B ..... but hey, to each his own. :) KJ
That's it,,,, now my feelings are hurt and I'm taking my checkers and going to another barbershop for a drink of coffee and some poker.:B
HA. Now if you're able to drink straight whiskey and spit tobacco like the Outlaw Josie Wailes we'll let you stick around even though you drive a purr-a-max ;)
Seriously though, current GM, Ford, and RAM trucks have such stupid amounts of torque and HP that it really comes down to buyer preference rather than glaring advantages or disadvantages. Sure there was a time when Ram transmissions had their weak points, the Ford 6.0L saga is well documented, and GM injectors had issues. We are far beyond those days and overall I think reliability is pretty well even between all three.
All kidding aside we need to remember we're driving the most powerful pickup trucks ever produced, they are very reliable, and most importantly they are pulling our homes on wheels so we can leave work and home behind to relax and recharge.
