Duty cycle Ford V-10 (( update bottom post))

I found this on the internet. It indicates that the gas Ford V10 should have a similar service life as a diesel. This is based on U Haul service life experience, from my interpretation of the link.

Correct me it I'm wrong but didn't the Ford diesel engines at one time, have a projected engine life of around 250,000 miles ?
