I think I would try what I have before jumping into something else. Your setup isn't that extreme that you should opt for the Hensley without at least trying what you have. There are other things that will help against sway also, like airing up your P metric tow vehicle tires to their max pressure when towing, or even upgrading to LT tires. Make sure you have at least 12% - 15% of your trailer weight on the tongue. Just those two things alone will mitigate most sway issues, as long as the tow vehicle and trailer are a reasonable match. Remember that the tongue weight of the trailer counts against the payload rating of the truck. Don't load heavy.
