TV antenna manufacturers just about dried up and closed shop before analog was being phased out for digital. These companies dusted off old models and repackaged them as "digital" antennas and newcomers came on the market with new antennas also labeled digital. As long as your "analog" antenna has good UHF reception, it will pick up digital broadcasts well. It was all about the marketing to make new sales - If people only knew that their old antenna was just fine...
