One of our favorites (at home and camping).
Boil spaghetti (add a bit of salt to the water and a cap-full of vegetable oil).
Put boiled spaghetti into a baking dish (9x12 inches or bigger).
Pour on top a jar of Alfrado sauce and mix in.
Lay on top 6 to 8 chicken patties (no bones)
And bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
(or over an open fire with a cover on it, or a BBQ grill, cover the dish if you do).
After 20 minutes, take the pan out, (you want the spaghetti to be just slightly crusty on the top, but not much), sprinkle a very generous amount of 7-Italian shreeded cheese, and a pinch of mild colby (yellow for color). Heat again for about 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Cut into squares around the chicken patties and .... OH ... Enjoy!
Very, very easy, to do and ... OH! So good!
