Ebay LEDs - inconsistent color and brightness (and smoke!)

This is not accurate in even a generalization of products sold on E Bay.
A buyer may find that many E Bay vendors also sell through Amazon.

You don't need to respond but I'm guessing you had some bad experiences when purchasing through E Bay.
