Ebay LEDs - inconsistent color and brightness (and smoke!)

Grabbed some cheap LEDs off ebay and finally got around to installing them. They looked fantastic for about 58 seconds and then things started to go downhill fast! The color and brightness star...

Relying on Ebay for modern day electronics or most other still in production items is pretty much playing roulette with your time and money..

You ARE more than welcome to continue on.. But some day, you to WILL find yourself with the very same problem as the OP..


You presume too much.

Many reputable online retailers have a presence on E Bay, including electronic retailers. Parts Express
