A overall taller tire will change the axle ratio and speedometer reading. This could lower the towing capacity of the truck, but if you do not tow a heavy trailer then it might not matter. For example my truck had 225 tires with a 4:30 rear axle. I changed to 245 tires which change the rear axle ratio to around 4:11 gears. I had a measured reduction of 100 rpms at 70 mph, there was a slight increase in economy when empty.
