Electric and ICE forever together?

Great discussion and I appreciate the opinions/facts on the topic. I really hope EV's (or some other method) succeed in the goal to make the planet a better place. Current state, it bothers me that they're introducing a lot of issues that are harmful to the planet and people, but I'll concede it's new technology so hopefully there is a cleaner path forward. We'll have to wait and see. I'll also concede that my passion gets the best of me sometimes and I veer off into irrelevant comments - trying to be cognizant of that. In any event I appreciate the perspectives on either side because it's that freedom that could fuel the energy to make things better. (pardon the pun). The irony is, I think most people want the common goal, it's the alignment on how we get there that's the stickler.
