Indeed you are correct, I overlooked the fact that each phase of the 50 amp is capable of 50 amps.
12,000 watts seems like a lot of power to me. But I am not full time or in the freezing cold for more than a weekend.
We had fun this summer with a 15 amp circuit for a couple of weeks. It was one at a time for the coffee maker, microwave, heater or toaster. But the goal was to fish so we did not spend much time in the TT.
