Sorry but you are wrong.
Yup, your correction is correct, but your essay only gets a 99/100 grade marking. :B Just to clarify, that panel wiring diagram is for a main panel in a house and not the sub-panel in a house or the one in an RV. The neutral can only be grounded in the main panel by Code and is a serious safety concern.
