You can run two 1500 watt heaters--just make sure they are on different circuits inside the RV.
You may wish to upgrade from the "stab" type outlets used in RV's. I've replaced all but one of mine.
I do heat electrically year round with the propane furnace as a back up. At the moment it is -2.4 c (28 f) and the bedroom is a toasty 23 c (74 f).
