We use an electric heater almost all the time when camping in cool weather. Often, where we spend the winter in Florida, it gets quite cool at night and sometimes during the day so and electric heater works well in our 30ft trailer. We use a Vornado heater that is very quiet and has a good fan to circulate the heat. It also has a thermostat that turns the fan off and on as needed.
Since we also want to use other electric things in the trailer, such as microwave, TV, crock pot, fry pan, toaster etc., often at the same time as the heater is going, I put in a separate 110 inlet in our slideout to allow the use of an extension cord from the campground pedestal 20amp outlet to the trailer and it does not blow the trailer breaker or the pedestal breaker. I posted about it with a couple of pictures here.
