I hate the loud furnace in our trailer, there is no way I could sleep with it cycling on and off all night.
We have used an oscillating electric heater in our small hybrid for the last couple years as in "summer" we can see temps in the low 50's to the mid 40's at night. Even with the canvas, which has near zero insulating properties, we stay comfortable. I would think in a TT it should work even better.
