We have a Duraflame electric infrared that we purchased from Sam's Wholesale a couple of years ago. It is GREAT, but they didn't have them the last time we were there. It will keep our 35' fifth wheel REALLY WARM when it is in the 20's.
You can get one similar at Northern Tools.
