BTW, My TT comes in at 11,500. And my jacks work just fine.
If a tongue type jack were to be available for stabilizing. the TT frames would have to be beefed up a ton.. Heck a lot of people can't seem to keep from racking the frame with the old style scissors jacks... Give them a more powerful independent jack and the problems will multiply exponentially.
Front to back tilted campsite. That's when I kinked my front Lippert stab jacks. The distance from the trailer frame to the ground was only about 1' at the front, about 3' at the rear.
I imagine the expensive, heavier-duty jacks would only be put on expensive heavier duty frames. Suspect my Northwood frame could handle it. Don't think there's much frame flex.
